· Learning useful techniques and tools used in the automotive industry necessary to achieve customer acceptance of the product.

· Analysis of the checklists used in the various stages of the APQP:
o Checklists for verifying the accuracy of APQP documentation development.
o Checklists to confirm completion of tasks in each APQP stage (‘Gated management’).
· Brief discussion of the terms and the suggested analytical techniques and quality tools (benchmarking, cause and effect diagram, characteristics matrix, CPM, DOE, DFM/DFA, QFD, mistake proofing).
· Analysis of the procedure for implementing new projects according to the APQP.
· Summary of the training.
